LEASE and End Our Cladding Scandal (EOCS): Working Together for Leaseholders

14 October 2024

Over the course of this year, LEASE and EOCS have collaborated to better understand and tackle some of the most pressing issues faced by leaseholders. One major area of focus has been the rising cost and availability of building insurance, which was at the heart of the survey we recently conducted.

Survey Reflections
Now that the survey is complete, we eagerly anticipate the results, which will offer valuable insights into the challenges around building insurance. These findings will help guide further discussions on how to address these issues more effectively, using real-world data from leaseholders themselves.

An Ongoing Collaboration
This working relationship with EOCS has allowed us to combine our respective areas of expertise and explore key issues in a way that benefits leaseholders.

Next Steps
As we await the survey results, LEASE remains committed to supporting leaseholders in navigating the complexities of the sector. This collaboration with EOCS, among others, allows us to continue advocating for practical changes that will make a tangible difference.

Stay tuned for further updates on the survey findings and the work being done to ensure leaseholders are well-represented.
